The studio feels open yet intimate in a spa like setting. Clients say our beautiful space helps them to feel calm and focused. Our culture is encouraging and supportive from both staff and fellow clientele.

We are fully equipped with all traditional Pilates’ apparatus. The Reformer is the most popular of Joe Pilates inventions. It is a moving carriage on wheels connected to the frame by springs.
Our newest addition is the lesser known Guillotine. Joe Pilates created this member of the tower/cadillac family to fit in doorways. Pilates exercises done on here help with muscle balance and symmetry.
The Cadillac is one of the most versatile pieces of pilates equipment. Imagine a single bed with scaffolding and springs connected for resistance. Acrobatic and inversion moves can be done on the upper parallel bars.
The Tower is the Cadillac without all the scaffolding. This versatile piece has a high mat at the base where you can stand, sit, kneel or lie down to perform exercises.
Our versatile back room can be used for private sessions or group classes. This photo depicts the set-up for group Wunda Chair work. Typically, one of our reformers is homed here.
Joe Pilates invented a variety of chairs –
The Wunda Chair, The High Chair, and The Arm Chair.
