Wear comfortable exercise clothes which allows full range of motion. Don’t wear anything that is too baggy which may be revealing or doesn’t allow intructor to see alignment and muscle use. Shoes are not worn during pilates workouts. Barefoot or socks with a special tread on the botton is recommended so as not to slip on the flooring.
No jewelry or sharp objects like zippers on your clothing. It can damage our upholstery.
