  • Chesapeake Pilates Center requires 24 hour notice if the participant can not make it to class or training appointment.   This allows the trainer to either fill the spot with another participant or cancel the class if needed.  Of course we understand when emergencies happen, but please be respectful to the studio and instructors valuable time.  If emergencies happen, please call or text the instructor as soon as possible.  Abuse of this policy will result in the participant being charged the full rate.

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothes which allows full range of motion.  Don’t wear anything that is too baggy which may be revealing or doesn’t allow intructor to see alignment and muscle use.  Shoes are not worn during pilates workouts.  Barefoot or socks with a special tread on the botton is recommended so as not to slip on the flooring.
