View Our Class Schedule

- Go to Schedule page
- The semi-private class schedule displays as default
- To view the Appointment schedule, click Appointment at the top left
I'm new and want to take a class

- Go to the Get Started page and purchase the 3 class set
- Note: You must complete 3 private appointments before you schedule any semi-private group classes, so that we can place you in the correct class and you can learn how to use the equipment.
- You will receive an email with all the info you need. Look for it in your inbox or spam
- It will help you create an account, complete the new client form, and schedule classes. It also includes our policies and a link to download the app
- PLEASE NOTE: You must create an account (Register) on the Login page of the Scheduling Software, Login to your account, and purchase a package or class in order to book or schedule any class or appointment

If you are familiar with Traditional Pilates repertoire using classical transitions and want to sign up for a Group Class or Private Appointment
- Go to the Get Started page and scroll below the red button
- Determine your level using the exercise list links on the page
- Create an account on our Scheduling Software on the Schedule page and login
- You will receive an email with all the info you need. Look for it in your inbox or spam
- Book a class or appointment that meets your level
- PLEASE NOTE: You must create an account (Register) on the Login page of the Scheduling Software, Login to your account, and purchase a package or class in order to book or schedule any class or appointment

Note that if you are new to CPC, you should use the Get Started page to purchase an intro set of classes and that process will help you create an account and schedule your classes.
- Go to the Schedule page
- Click Login at the top left of the Schedule list
- Look for the Register button
- Complete the registration
- You will receive an Onboarding Email with help to login and schedule a class on our Scheduling Software
- Look for the email in your spam if it’s not in your inbox
I have an account on the Scheduling Software and need to login or use the menu

- Go to the Schedule page
- Click Login in the top left
- Enter your username and password

- Go the Schedule page
- Click Login in the top left
- Click “Forgot Password” under the Login button to reset your password and login

- After you are logged in, click the word Menu in the upper left
- To use the menu, please see the How to Manage My Schedule… FAQ below
How to manage my schedule, book classes or appointments, or cancel/reschedule using the app or website (both use the same interface)

NOTE: You must have purchased a class or package to schedule a group class. See the FAQ for instructions on how to view your purchased packages or classes.
- Login – you must be logged in to schedule
- Make sure Class is chosen in the second blue bar OR choose the Schedule option in the menu
- Find your class and click BOOK
- You will get a reminder 24 hours prior to your class
- Remember to cancel your class, to avoid fees, if you cannot attend. See the FAQ for how to cancel your class

NOTE: You must have purchased a class or package to schedule private instruction. See the FAQ for instructions on how to view your purchased packages or classes.
- Login – you must be logged in to schedule
- Make sure Appointment is chosen in the second blue bar OR choose Schedule Appointment on the menu
- Choose Private or Semi Private in the drop down to the right of the calendar in the top blue bar
- Find and click your chosen time
- Click “Select Existing Package” and choose your package
- Select the Time again
- Click Book Now
- You will get a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment
- Remember to cancel your appointment, to avoid fees, if you cannot attend. See the FAQ for how to cancel your appointment

- Login and open the Menu
- Choose Payments from the Menu to view your Payment History
- To view the number of appointments remaining in your package, choose “Appointment”. You will see your current package followed by the number of classes used to date
- To view the number of classes on your package, choose “Group Class Pricing”. You will see your current package followed by the number of classes used to date

- Login and open the Menu
- To purchase a group class, click Group Class Pricing and then Buy Group Class Pricing
- To purchase an appointment, click Appointments and then Buy Appointment

- Login and open the Menu
- For future Group Classes, choose Attendance from the menu
- For future Appointments, choose Booked Appointments from the menu

- Login and open the Menu
- To cancel a Group Class
- Choose Attendance, your classes will display
- Click the little arrow way to the right, on the class you want to cancel
- Click “Cancel Signup”
- To cancel an Appointment
- Choose Booked Appointments
- Click the “Cancel” button on the appointment you want to cancel

- Login and open the Menu
- Cancel the unwanted class or appointment
- After cancelling the unwanted class or appointment, simply schedule a new class or appointment

The scheduling software will allow you to book or schedule a class or appointment 2 weeks in advance. This is to allow flexibility in the teacher’s schedules.

- Login and open the Menu
- Choose Profile
- Click the pencil icon in the upper right
- Change your information and click Save at the bottom

- Login and open the Menu
- Choose Attendance
- Click Past just under the top blue bar

- Login and open the Menu
- Choose Booked Appointments
- Scroll down to view all past appointments

- Login and open the Menu
- Choose Payments

NOTE: You must be logged in to use the menu and hav have purchased a class or package schedule.
- Schedule Appointment: View the private appointment schedule and reserve an appointment
- Schedule: View the semi-private group class schedule and book a class
- My Profile: Reset your password and other profile details
- Payments: View your payment history
- Credit Card: Update your payment methods
- Gift Card: Purchase a gift card
- Appointments: View your current appointment package, how many you have used and how many are available
- Booked Appointments: View your reserved appointments, CANCEL your appointments here
- Group Class Pricing: View your current class package, how many you have used and how many are available
- Attendance: View your future and past attendance. Use the Future/Past toggle at the top left to view future and past appointments and class bookings
- Logout: Log out of the scheduling software
