Saturday Morning Mat Class
We now have a regular Saturday morning all levels mat class available at 10:15 am.
Hundred, Roll Up, Roll Over, Single Leg Circles, Rolling Like a Ball, Single Leg Stretch, Double Leg Stretch, Spine Stretch Forward – these are the first seven exercises in Joe Pilates book “Return to Life”. All 34 exercises are seen and felt in some form on the reformer, chairs, towers, and barrels.
Up your game and pilates progression – By learning/reviewing the fundamentals and challenging yourself without the aid of the springs, you will have more personal “aha” moments during your equipment classes.
At home or on the road – When you learn how to do the mat work correctly in your body, you then have the power to do pilates anywhere!
